Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are accommodated if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, we may not be able to entertain cancellation requests if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
Please note that cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers or eatables cannot be accepted. However, we offer refund or replacement if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is unsatisfactory.
Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team immediately. We will address your request promptly after the merchant has verified the issue. Such reports should be made within the same day of receiving the products.
If the received product differs significantly from what was shown on the website or doesn’t meet your expectations, please notify our customer service within the same day of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
Warranty Complaints:

For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please direct your complaints to the respective manufacturer.
Refund Process:

If a refund is approved by UMANG TANEJA HUF, it will be processed within 3-5 business days.
